Responsibilities
? Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
? Provide accurate information and assist customers with inquiries.
? Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a positive experience.
? Document customer interactions, maintaining detailed and accurate call logs.
? Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
? Assist with product or service inquiries and provide support as needed.
Qualifications
? Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
? 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
? Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
? Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other software applications.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Pay
$15.75 - $16.25 Per Hour
Schedule
Day shift | 8:30am - 4:30pm | Monday ? Friday
