In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service from the comfort of your home. As a Call Center Representative, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer-oriented with an ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customersΒ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
