Call Center Representative
```Duties```
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from warm provided leads
- Introduce and promote services to customers they inquired about
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits
- Answer customer questions and address concerns
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
```Experience```
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or call center is preferred
- Ability to negotiate and close customers effectively
- Fluent in English is a must, Spanish language skills are a big plus
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while working independently
