Job Description: As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads interested in our plastic surgery services. Your primary goal will be to engage with these leads, provide them with information about our services, and schedule consultations with our surgeons. This role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and a drive to meet and exceed booking targets.
Key Responsibilities:
? Make outbound calls to prospective leads provided by our marketing team.
? Engage with potential patients to understand their needs and provide information about our services.
? Answer questions, address concerns, and build rapport with leads to increase their interest in booking a consultation.
? Schedule consultations for potential patients with our plastic surgeons.
? Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
? Follow up with leads who may not have booked during the initial call to ensure maximum conversion.
? Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
? Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets.
