Ā Hiring for the following shifts: 9am-530pm, 230pm-11pm, 5pm-11pm, & OVERNIGHT 11pm-7am CENTRAL TIME
Ā Weekends & Holidays Required
Ā 30 - 40 hours per week according to your desired commitment
Ā Ability to trade, pick up, give away shifts
Our SAS Agents take inbound calls to capture leads, set appointments, and provide information to callers on behalf of ~100 clients. Achieve intended results by following a script, following instructions, building rapport with callers, and troubleshooting as needed. You will join a friendly team of professionals capable of handling a wide range of challenging situations. This is a permanent position in a stable company.
Excellent candidates for this position will be able to do the following:
Ā Stick to clients' scripts; practice call control and empathy
Ā Confirm accuracy of contact information
Ā Read and research answers to commonly asked questions for each business
Ā Handle all calls in a courteous and business-like fashion
Ā Support and augment our positive culture
Ā Maintain confidentiality & adhere to HIPAA regulations
Ā Adhere to strict attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
Core Requirements:
Ā Type 40 wpm or better
Ā Solid ability to listen and type at the same time
Ā Superb verbal and written communication skills
Ā Expert comprehension skills
Ā Comfortability and confidence with computers, browsers, using various apps, virtual desktops; ability to troubleshoot technical issues, etc.
Ā Strong interpersonal skills
Ā Previous answering service, call center, or secretarial/receptionist experience is preferred
