Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary. Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Follow established procedures for handling returns, refunds, and complaints. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
