Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Document all customer interactions in the system for future reference.
Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate personnel.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or call center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multi-task effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred.
