We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to help resolve any inquiries or issues they may have. Responsibilities

• Navigate through multiple computer systems to log, track, and resolve customer issues
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service delivery
• Act as a liaison between customers and various internal departments to resolve complex issues
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference

Requirements
