Call Center Operator that will be the liaison between our company and its current customers. Build a connection with customers through care, empathy, listening, acknowledgment, and providing accurate information. Resolve customer inquiries by providing helpful solutions to their problems and keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Primary Responsibility: The Call Center Operator is responsible for providing a superior and efficient experience on inbound customer service calls from customers. Prioritizing daily tasks to minimize customer impact; answering incoming calls; timely and accurately responding to customer inquiries.
