Call Center Customer Support Representative
Position: Customer Service Agent ( Full-Time) Hours: 30-40 hours per week Pay: $30/hr to start, with increases throughout the first year, transitioning to a performance-based model Location: Remote (USA) Start Date: October Requirements: • One weekend shift REQUIRED • Must be able to attend full-time day training for 2 weeks • Must be available on weekend days and between the hours of 8am - 4pm on weekdays Job Description: Are you interested in working from home? Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner. • Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services. • Troubleshoot issues and address questions related to orders placed by customers. • Follow up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service. • Complete after-call information and data entry to the system. Qualifications: • 1+ years' experience in a Call Center/Customer Service role • Must currently reside in USA • Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired. • High School Diploma.
