Call Center Customer Service Representative -- Sit on your tush and earn $$$ working Full-Time as a remote Call Center CSR for us. We’re hiring 30+ customer service reps to work from home, using our scripts, to help our healthcare clients resolve issues, answer questions about their insurance, products or services, schedule appointments and gather information from patients and providers.

• A salary of $12.50 an hour, to start with pay raises as your skills and speed improve.
You must have at least 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience, be able to manage your time effectively, speak English well and have active listening skills. In addition, we require you to:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Answer calls, listen to concerns and address these concerns in a polite, methodical manner. This includes addressing and resolving questions or issues.
• Be patient and willing to explain things more than one way to a customer, as well as adapting your attitude and conversation to different personality types.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Have Internet service, and a Personal Computer with Windows 10/11 and at least 8 GB of memory.
