Job Title: Call Center - Customer Service Representative
Location: Work From Home - MUST LIVE IN DALLAS-FORT WORTH
Pay: $15.00/hr. (Pay Differential: $16 for Bilingual Spanish/English)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (MUST BE OPEN TO WORK OVERTIME AS NEEDED)
Responsibilities:
Ā Handle a high volume of outbound calls efficiently and professionally
Ā Read scripts verbatim and record responses accurately
Ā Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
Ā Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Ā Code responses and update customer information in the system
Ā Ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies during every call
Ā Adapt to changes in call volume and workflow to meet organizational needs
Ā Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
Requirements:
Ā High School Diploma/GED
Ā 3+ years of Customer Service experience
Ā 2+ years Call Center experience
Ā Bilingual Candidates MUST BE fluent in Spanish & English
Ā Must be able to type 35wpm
Ā MUST HAVE: Reliable Internet Service (Speed Test Conducted)
Ā MUST HAVE: Designated work area free from distractions
