Call Center Associate
Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
Ā Answer customer calls and emails
Ā Place follow-up calls and emails to answer questions.
Ā Use a PC to access a secure database to input and customer information.
Ā Document, track, and analyze outcomes.
Ā Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer questions and requests are handled in a timely manner.
Ā Maintain quality standards and customer resolution objectives
Required Qualifications:
Ā US citizenship
Ā At least a high school diploma or GED
Ā Proficiency in computer skills, evidenced by passing a computer skills assessment
Ā Available to work 40 hours a week, including nights and weekends
Ā Ability to pass a background and credit check, drug screening, and education verification
Ā Must pass a security clearance process
Ā Previous call center experience is preferred
Ā Prior experience as a TRICARE customer representative is a plus
Salary: $14-$16 per hour
