Duties
Ā Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries in a professional manner.
Ā Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
Ā Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry into the system.
Ā Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
Ā Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
Ā Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements
Ā High school diploma or equivalent.
Ā Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions quickly.
Ā Basic computer skills.
Ā Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ā Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Pay: $22.16 - $25.87 per hour
