- Customer service experience involving problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to analyze problems and recommend efficient solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a financial services or banking environment
- Certification in financial counseling or related field
- Proficiency in additional languages to assist diverse members
