Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor
Proficiency with computers and CRM software, along with strong typing skills
Ability to manage time effectively and make sound decisions
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Additional education or experience in customer service may be beneficial
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Experience in sales or recommendations for products and services
