Key Responsibilities...
Ā Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a timely and professional manner.
Ā Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent.
Ā Previous experience in a call center environment preferred.
Ā Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ā Proven sales skills with the ability to persuade and close deals.
Ā Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ā Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ā Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts including evenings and weekends.
