? Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner

Requirements

? Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
? Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite
? Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
? Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
? High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferre
