Call Center Agent ( Remote )
Baca Consulting Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
ā¢ Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests
ā¢ Provide information about products and services
ā¢ Resolve customer complaints and issues
ā¢ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
ā¢ Meet or exceed call center metrics such as call quality and resolution time
Qualifications:
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Prior experience in a call center or customer service role
ā¢ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
ā¢ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills
ā¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
