ā¢ Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
ā¢ Utilize medical terminology when assisting healthcare-related inquiries (if applicable).
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
ā¢ Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Skills
ā¢ Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and connect with customers.
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
ā¢ Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
ā¢ Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
ā¢ Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial for specific roles within the healthcare sector.
ā¢ Strong computer skills, including experience with call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
