What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive inbound sales calls and recommend appropriate storage solutions based on customer needs
- Overcome objections to secure reservations for storage units
- Assist existing customers by answering inquiries, processing payments, and resolving concerns
- Make outbound calls to follow up on rental reservations
- Meet personal and team performance targets as assigned by supervisors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Customer-centric mindset with a sales-driven attitude
- Strong verbal, phone, and email communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers and team members
- Capability to multi-task and work in a dedicated, distraction-free workspace

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
