Requirements
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ā Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain professionalism
Ā Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ā Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office
