Call Center Agent (Non-Profit Support) -WFH

Day-to-Day:
Answer and place calls to process donations
Chat with donors, answer their questions, and provide great service
Keep donor info organized and accurate
Build relationships by following up when needed
Strive to hit performance goals (and get rewarded when you do!)
What Were Looking For:
High school diploma (or equivalent)
At least 6 months remote OR 1 year call center experience
Friendly, clear communicator who enjoys talking to people
Reliable internet + quiet space at home
Comfortable with computers (Microsoft Office)
Flexible schedule (you pick your hours evenings/weekends welcome)
What Youll Love:
Stay home & earn steady pay ($12 $15/hr avg., $0.25 per talk minute)
