Key Responsibilities We Are Looking For • Exceptional Communication You possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating friendliness and patience in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment. • Full-Time Availability You are available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 800 AM to 500 PM EST. • Technical Proficiency You are comfortable using computers and navigating software applications. • Required Equipment A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance. • Dedicated Workspace You have a quiet, distraction-free home office environment. • Residency We currently prefer candidates from Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas for existing job opportunities. • Background Check You are able to pass a background check.
