Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services related to the My Safe Florida Home Program Provide courteous, professional, and accurate assistance to callers Deliver excellent customer service while addressing questions and concerns Maintain a clear, confident, and professional phone presence Communicate information effectively in a friendly and personable manner Adhere to program guidelines, policies, and call-handling procedures Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum Requirements: Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet connection to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem, with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. Professional Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance. Schedule Availability: Candidates must be available to work a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
