In this role, you'll be handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to schedule service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. Your workday will be from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month to keep things exciting. Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driverâs license.
