Qualifications and Experience of Call Center Agent:
ā¢ Prior experience is not a prerequisite as training is included.
ā¢ Skillful in engaging with others through communication.
ā¢ Foundational computer knowledge for package tracking and record retention.
ā¢ Capability to handle a variety of tasks while remaining attentive to fine points.
ā¢ Being legally allowed to work in the U.S. is a fundamental prerequisite.
