CADD Technician 1

Sanbell is a multi-disciplinary engineering, community planning, and design firm serving clients throughout the Western United States. They are seeking a CADD Technician 1 to join their land development team, where the individual will prepare detailed drawings and civil/site design documents for various residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities Work directly with Project Managers and Engineers to prepare detailed drawings in compliance with company and/or jurisdictional standards. Drawings will include grading, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water and other site development elements Prepare all facets of civil/site design documents Prepare site planning, grading plans, and utility layouts in Civil 3D Proficiency in working with multiple design manuals and standards for local jurisdictions Complete utility, roadway, and basic storm facility designs with general layout provided Write statements of qualifications or prepare project proposals, define a scope of work, develop a project budget, and attend meetings with clients and other stakeholders Other duties as assigned Skills 1+ Years CADD Technician experience (or demonstrated equivalent through academic/course work) Basic understanding of civil engineering fundamentals Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Ability to work both collaboratively and independently Detail oriented and self-driven Ability to work and collaborate well in a team environment A.S. or B.S. in AutoCAD Design, Civil Engineering, or related technical field Strong knowledge and/or basic experience of Civil 3D AutoCAD Certificate Benefits Employer-Paid Medical Insurance Employer-Paid Dental and Vision Insurance 401(k) with 4% Match Paid Holidays and Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Employer-Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Paid Parental Leave Program Health Savings Account (HSA) FSA Dependent Care Plan (Section 129) Reimbursement for Certification and License Expenses Employer-Paid Life Insurance Tuition Assistance Bonus Opportunities And MORE!
