We need an English-fluent C# .NET Developer, based in Colombia, Brazil, or Mexico, available to work remotely.We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using C# .NET and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
Work with Predictive Assessment tools to improve system functionality and decision-making processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to design, implement, and test software solutions.
Integrate and manage SQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Utilize jQuery and JavaScript to enhance user interfaces and system interactivity.
Ensure software quality and performance through coding tests and best practices.
Apply insurance industry knowledge, especially in back-office operations, to develop tailored solutions.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in C# .NET.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Experience working with Predictive Assessment methodologies.
Proficiency in jQuery, JavaScript, and SQL.
Familiarity with insurance concepts, particularly back-office operations, is preferred.
Ability to complete and pass a coding test as part of the hiring process.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
