What You'll Do • Source electric vehicles directly from consumers via inbound trade-in and appraisal requests. • Proactively identify and pursue outbound private seller opportunities (marketplaces, listings, referrals, local outreach). • Evaluate vehicles using Ever's pricing practices, market data, and AI-driven tools. • Guide customers through a transparent, best-in-class selling experience. • Negotiate offers with private sellers and close deals efficiently. • Hit weekly and monthly acquisition, margin, and quality targets. • Partner closely with logistics, reconditioning, and title teams to ensure smooth vehicle intake. • Provide market feedback to Product and Data teams to improve appraisal and pricing tools. • Continuously test new sourcing channels and seller acquisition strategies. • Build trust and long-term relationships with EV owners and communities.
