Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements.
ā¢ Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
ā¢ Documentation: Develop comprehensive business process documentation, workflows, and use cases.
ā¢ Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
ā¢ Data Analysis: Interpret data and generate insights to support decision-making.
ā¢ Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deliverables meet business needs.
ā¢ Reporting: Prepare and present reports to management detailing project progress and analysis findings.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
ā¢ 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
ā¢ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business process modeling tools.
ā¢ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
ā¢ Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
