Digital Music News is looking for a driven, self-motivated Business/Sales Development Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients who would benefit from advertising to our targeted readership.
Develop and manage relationships with companies, showcasing the value of our platform.
Generate, track, and maintain a leads list.
Basic email and MS Office skills.
Extremely strong communication skills.
Persuasiveness, persistence, and thick skin for dealing with rejection.
Assist in driving new business opportunities and sales.
What were looking for:
Self-motivated, tenacious individual who doesnt take no for an answer.
Strong social skills, with the ability to network and communicate effectively.
A go-getter with a passion for sales and business development.
Able to manage multiple email inboxes (a plus but not required).
No educational requirements.
Passion for the music industry and advertising is a big plus.
