Strong Business Analyst with Process Analyst experience
High Level Technical Architecture knowledge
MUST know Data flows
Heavy Documenting
Client interfacing
MUST have excellent communication skills
Required Qualifications
ā¢ Solid business analysis skills with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
ā¢ Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, active listening)
ā¢ Excellent client interfacing skills, including responsiveness, adaptability, and follow-through
ā¢ Strong consulting mindset with the ability to think strategically, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and adapt quickly in dynamic client environments
ā¢ Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops, align diverse stakeholders, and drive consensus in complex enterprise environments
ā¢ Experience with large enterprise system architecture
ā¢ Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles/framework
ā¢ Proficient in creating both business and technical process models (e.g. ACDs, data flow diagrams)
ā¢ Experience with modeling tools such as Vision. Lucidchart, Bizzdesign, Bizagi, etc. and creating process diagram leveraging BPMN 2.0 standards.
ā¢ Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with team members and experience guiding small teams or workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Telecommunication industry experience
ā¢ Basic understanding of finance and/or accounting principles
