BusinessClinical Community Outreach Specialist Contract | Remote | Part-Time Development & Growth Associate (10 hrs/week | Remote)
CAUHEC Connect is building the national infrastructure for clinical placement in healthcare education. We are looking for connected, self-directed outreach specialists to help expand our preceptor network across nursing, nurse practitioner, allied health, and genetic counseling communities.
What you will do: Direct qualified clinicians to a simple, low-lift signup process on the CAUHEC Connect platform. This is warm network outreach, not cold recruiting. The ideal candidate already has relationships within one or more of the following communities and understands the clinical education landscape:
• Genetic Counselors
• Nurse Practitioners
• Physical Therapists
• Occupational Therapists
• Physician Assistants
• Allied Health Professionals
What we are looking for:
• Active connections within genetic counseling, nursing, NP, or allied health professional communities
• Familiarity with NSGC, academic medical settings, professional associations, or clinical training programs
• Comfortable with digital outreach across LinkedIn, email, and professional networks
• Self-directed with strong follow-through
Compensation: This role includes an hourly base of $25 plus a performance bonus structure tied to verified signups. Details provided upon inquiry.
