About the Position:
The Business Valuation Analyst is a critical part of a small department, focused on business valuation and litigation support. Although working independently, the BV Analyst works in close communication with and in support of the senior manager on varied engagements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Preparation of financial statement analysis
• Apply various valuation methods in support of valuation conclusion
• Preparation of written business valuation
• Correspondence with clients and attorneys regarding financial information
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong Financial analysis and modeling
• Attention to detail
• Excellent business writing
• Demonstrates the ability to be a critical thinker
• Professional skepticism that includes a questioning mind and ability to assess evidence
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting or related fields
• 1.5 years work in accounting or finance role
• Study toward ABV or CVA a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
