Business Unit Control Analyst

The Business Unit Control Analyst will prepare, analyze, and report financial data for US entities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to reporting policies and systems.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post monthly and year-end journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and reconciliationsDeliver accurate, timely MOGE & Globe expense reporting, including variance analysis to plan and identification of risks/opportunitiesPrepare intercompany invoices and ensure monthly intergroup balance alignmentSupport period-end close activities, partnering cross-functionally with R&D and ManufacturingSupport budget monitoring, forecasting, and analysis of actual results, including personnel overhead and T&EProvide manufacturing fixed asset and CAPEX supportReview and monitor open purchase orders and resolve PO issues in collaboration with Accounts Payable and stakeholdersRespond to cross-functional inquiries and support management and financial reportingParticipate in financial reporting and accounting initiatives, including working capital analysis, balance sheet clean-up, and ad hoc projectsSkillsBachelor's degree required, with preferred major in Accounting or Finance1-2 years' experience in Accounting/Finance functionsProficiency in Microsoft office applications to include ExcelStrong communication skills: both written and oralForward-thinking, and flexible to changeExcellent analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data, including financial statementsSAP system hands on experience preferredCPA-track candidate preferredBenefits401k with company matchHealthcare coverageA broad range of other benefitsCompany OverviewNestlé Health Science is a company that uses nutrition to help people manage their health.
