Business Systems Analyst II, Senior, Lead
Job Description:
• Performs systems analysis and supports end-users for company applications
• Acts as a liaison between business staff, IT teams, and vendors
• Follows requirements gathering processes to identify needs
• Conducts research and analysis to validate business needs
• Supports development teams by communicating requirements
• Coordinates testing to ensure system configuration and performance
• Provides guidance to end-users on application functionality
• Performs root cause analysis of issues and recommends solutions
• Maintains project files and provides status updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience for Business Systems Analyst II
• Bachelor's degree in related field, equivalent work experience or demonstrated competency for Sr. Business Systems Analyst
• 2-4 years’ programming, systems analysis, or business analysis experience for Business Systems Analyst II
• 4-6 years' programming, systems analysis, or business analysis experience for Sr. Business Systems Analyst
• Strong knowledge of business system analysis tools and methodologies
• Understanding of application design and system configuration
• Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
