• Draft and maintain business transformation rules
• Write and manage user stories in Jira within Agile methodology
• Support process improvements and interpret process maps
• Collaborate with product owners, other business analysts, and summer interns
Required Skills:
• Jira & Agile experience
• Data Mapping & transformation logic
• Requirement gathering and documentation
• Strong verbal & written communication
