Job Title Business Systems Analyst What does a successful Business Systems Analyst do at Fiserv? As a successful Business Systems Analyst, you will work to allow our customers to store cash across a diversified network of financial institutions, send and receive real-time transfers and access and transact with their custodial accounts through custom web applications, third-party integrations and API's. What you will do: Support customer integrations and onboarding processes Provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues Maintain, improve, and test business systems including Finxact (core banking), Savana (payments), Prelim (account opening) and Alloy (compliance/KYC) Write detailed product requirements and technical specifications to accelerate development Document processes and workflows for regulatory requirements, internal audit, and team knowledge sharing Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements What you will need to have: 5-7 years of experience in product analysis, business system admin/analysis, or related roles in technology or financial services Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, detailed requirements documentation Technical aptitude and comfort working with software systems, APIs, and databases Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services strongly preferred Business acumen and analytical thinking to understand both technical and business requirements Creativity and problem-solving ability to identify process improvements ​ What would be great to have: Experience in rapid company growth (from startup to mid-size) Familiarity with banking systems, payment processing, or compliance platforms Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams Experience with system integrations, APIs, data workflows, and digital assets Knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking or financial services You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
