Business System Analyst(Healthcare) Fully remote - Stellent IT - Minneapolis, MN - work from home job Company: Stellent IT Job description: Business System Analyst(Healthcare) Fully remote 6 + Months Phone + Skype Jd: Required Qualifications: 4 + years of B2B SaaS customer success or support experience working with enterprise level clients to solve technical and data issues Excellent problem solving and investigation skills Ability to write clear system documentation (user guides, how to guides, training materials, etc.) Exposure to file loading, automated jobs, or data analysis, and issue replication documentation Familiarity with service ticketing platforms (JIRA or other) Understanding of and prior experience supporting the healthcare industry, Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST from Monday Friday Associate's Degree (or higher) OR equivalent work experience Tools: Jira, zendesk, salesforce, (Workfront Preferred) Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to; EDI/ETL; SFTP, SaaS products, architecture, configuration, and functionality Primary Responsibilities: Promptly and effectively respond to customer inquiries via ticketing system, email or online meetings to help us deliver world-class customer support. This will be accomplished by analyzing business and system issues, gathering problem information, and coordinating solutions. Promptly investigate customer issues, answering queries, researching issues, forwarding or escalating issues to experts based on findings. Help identify & resolve scope changes, technical issues, and bugs as they arise by working with the implementation and engineering teams. Maintain a solid understanding of the capabilities & configuration of our products, serving as an SME in one to build and maintain our knowledgebase and training materials.
