Business System Analyst (healthcare)

• Initiative Health care domain – Retail Insurance, Supplemental Insurance, Claims process, Medicare, Enrolment
• 6 + years’ experience working in agile environment.
• 6+ years’ experience working with SQL, COBOL, REST API, JAVA, .NET and Microsoft excess. (must be able to understand code)
• 6+ years’ experience working with REST API
• 7 + years’ Experience in creating Requirements in terms of user stories, and support Sprint activities.
• Must have experience for agile Central.
• Must have experience with Confluence
• Must have excellent Communication skills (oral and written)

• Must have excellent understanding of healthcare claim management and policy management & Enrollment.

Responsibilities:

• examining current systems
• liaising with other IT staff such as programmers to produce new systems
• implementing new systems
• Works closely with client departments in the definition of systems requirements, implementation of applications, projects and systems testing in an environment of diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technology, tools, etc.
• Working with clients to better understand their needs and present solutions using structured SDLC approach.
• Create and maintain Traceability matrix.
• Capture requirements in terms of user stories in Rally.
• Perform data and attribute mapping through multiple systems.
• Perform lower level analysis based on business requirement and provide comprehensive solution.
• Assess system impact based on business requirements.
• Must be familiar with following tools.

o MS office suit
o Visio
o Confluenceo SQL
o Agile Central (must)o XML
o Active directory
