We are actively seeking a Business Solutions Team Leader EMEA West Payroll​ . The role will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Business Solutions HR Payroll EMEA. Qualified candidates can work remotely in France. Position Summary The Business Solutions Team Leader is responsible for identifying and analyzing Payroll Legislative updates and their impact on the end-to-end payroll process in SAP. The position is responsible for communicating the legislative changes to the scrum team and determining where the existing end to end solution may be impacted. This position will follow the legislative changes from discovery through to a successful application update which is provided to our client. This role is vital in providing high quality deliverables to our clients and keeping their Payroll applications in compliance. As Team Leader this position will be the first point of contact for the Payroll Delivery Teams to respond and direct day-to-day questions/issues regarding Rimini Street Processes and AGILE, environment issues and release planning. The Team Leader will be jointly responsible in assisting the Management Team with interviewing and onboard new hires to the Delivery Team. This position will be jointly responsible for embedding new countries with the Management Team and overseeing Delivery Teams for an assigned set of Countries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of France and Belgium Payroll from a business and legislative perspective and a deep knowledge of SAP end to end processes within the country solutions. Identify Payroll Legislative changes relevant to France and Belgium. Overseeing Delivery of Releases for assigned set of Countries. Communicate legislative updates to the Delivery Team and advise on existing processes. Ensure Product compliance with all applicable legislation through the analysis of each tax and legislative change. Producing Agile Stories on the end user requirements for Delivery Teams to refine and discuss. Work with Delivery Teams to refine Business/System requirements to ensure all team members understand the requirement. Communicate effectively across various teams. Committed to excellence and high-quality standards. Reviewing existing processes and tools to ensure teams are aligned. Assisting Support Teams in case resolution for issues raised by Customers. Additional Duties and Responsibilities Create test scenarios and assist with testing of solutions for payroll specific scenarios. Create documentation for releases. Attend Client meetings applicable to assigned countries. Attend Internal meetings applicable to assigned countries. Location Remote – France Experience & Skills Minimum 10 years’ experience on SAP Payroll for France and Belgium In-depth Knowledge of France and Belgium Payroll from a business and a legislative perspective Experienced in Agile (not mandatory) Experience working in Jira for Agile (preferred, not mandatory) Experienced in working with remote teams Ability to communicate effectively across various teams based in the EMEA region and globally as required Have a client focused or consultative approach Be committed to excellence and high-quality standards Be able to work to tight deadlines, remain calm under pressure Why Rimini Street?
