Business Relationship Specialist
Offerpad is seeking a Business Relationship Specialist to support the Business Relationship Manager in managing partner relationships and ensuring efficient deal flow. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate deal activity and maintain relationships with partners while transitioning to more scalable processes.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Business Relationship Manager in monitoring deal flow, identifying potential opportunities or risks within the pipeline, and assisting other members of the D+ team with deal coordination and related activitiesTrack and manage individual deals from initiation through completion, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication with internal “Solutions Advisors” and other stakeholdersBuild and maintain relationships with existing partners while helping establish connections with new partners.
