Business Relationship Manager (Advisor)

The Business Relationship Manager (Advisor) is responsible for driving business growth through relationship management, sales, and business development to support member financial goals. Responsibilities Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective and existing business members to support growth in business deposits, loans, and related services Understand members’ needs and recommend appropriate business products and services that align with their financial goals and operational needs Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, relationship development, referrals, and community engagement Build, manage, and maintain a consistent sales pipeline by prospecting, conducting follow-up, tracking opportunities, and advancing relationships through the sales process Meet or exceed established sales goals, performance expectations, and key performance indicators, including production, relationship growth, activity levels, and member experience standards Prepare and deliver business development presentations, product recommendations, and proposals in a professional and member-focused manner Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, outside sales, relationship management, financial services sales, or a comparable member-facing business development role required Two-year College or University diploma (Associate's) in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience required Must complete the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants Simplified Examination within 60 days of employment Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools Valid Florida Driver's license and good driving record required with a working vehicle Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus an Employee Assistance Program. 401(k) match (5%), HSA match, and SCCU-paid insurance (short/long-term disability, life insurance).
