Our ideal candidate will have experience with Lockbox Operations and a strong ability to work collaboratively to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities
ย Oversee the operations workflow and assist the team in executing transactions and processes.
ย Monitor and coordinate the operations workflow and assist team members with escalated issues.
ย Coach team members and provide applicable training.
ย Provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
ย 3+ years of experience in a related field.
ย An Associates degree or equivalent education.
ย Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ย Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
