We have raised over $50M from leading investors like Sequoia, Index, and Khosla Ventures. As a member of our Business Operations team, you'll be a key player in scaling Anrok's customer engine during our critical growth phase. Your analysis and strategic insights will directly influence our product roadmap and help shape how thousands of businesses manage their tax compliance. Through the continual use of measurement, data analysis and customer feedback you will continually iterate and improve our execution. You will work closely with engineering, product, sales, customer support and finance teams to create a seamless customer activation experience.In this role, you will:Be the driving force behind optimizing our customer journey, working at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution.
