TSMC is the leader in the Semiconductor Foundry business, seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join their team in San Jose. This role involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to manage daily business operations, including order management, client relations, and problem-solving tasks.ResponsibilitiesCustomer order and delivery schedule managementExecute shipments in compliance with global export regulationsAccount coordination and execution of daily business operations, product loading priority, business transactions, sales data analysis and problem solvingMaintain client relationshipsResponds to customer inquiries of delivery status, shipments, RMA, and othersParticipate in customer visits, conference calls, project meetings, take meeting minutes, AR follow upPartner with Account Managers to establish new accounts/engagements, deliver correct pricing and investigate pricing discrepancies for all aspects of the foundry businessCollaborations with TSMC cross-functional teams in the US and global locationsMay perform other duties as assigned including special projects, post sales serviceSkillsBachelor's Degree from an accredited university in business or related field1-6 years of related experience; preferably in the semiconductor industry or Supply Chain FieldStrong data analysis skills and attention to detail; advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, strong analytical ability to drive results, problem-solving, eager to learn and work independentlyStrong interpersonal skills and positive attitude to function within and outside the team in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to track multiple processes concurrently, prioritize work, meet deadlinesExceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skillsMandarin-speaking/writing is preferredManufacturing and Supply Chain Management experience is a plusBenefitsMarket competitive payAllowancesBonusesComprehensive benefitsExtensive development opportunities and programsCompany OverviewEstablished in 1987, TSMC is the world's first dedicated semiconductor foundry.
