We’re looking for a strategic, solutions-focused Business Ops Manager to help us scale our impact, streamline how we work, and support the digital tools that power our mission.If you're someone who loves solving problems, thrives in a cross-functional environment, and gets excited about turning great ideas into operational excellence, this might be the role for you.What You’ll Do Operations & Systems
Design and improve workflows across teams to boost productivity and impact
Collaborate across partnerships, marketing, and social impact teams on tech rollouts and integrations
Use data, process mapping, and automation to streamline operations
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track organizational performance
Train teams on updates, enhancements, and new system deployments
Digital Product & Project Management
Lead the development lifecycle of digital platforms (like GetInsulin.org) and internal tools
Align with stakeholders to prioritize projects and shape roadmaps
Coordinate with vendors and developers on product builds, launches, and improvements
Monitor performance metrics and implement changes based on user needs
Champion a user-first mindset in every product decision
Strategic Initiatives
Partner closely with the VP of Ops to execute top-priority projects
Build structures and systems that help teams move faster, smarter, and with purpose
Foster an agile, adaptable, and high-performing organizational culture
You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
Have 4+ years of experience in business operations, systems, or project management
Know your way around CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce), Asana, or data tools like Looker
Have experience with no-code/low-code tools and API integrations
Are comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail
Enjoy improving systems and streamlining processes
Think strategically, act tactically, and adapt easily to change
Have strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
Are driven by purpose and care about supporting the diabetes community (personal connection a plus!)
