Job Description
The Business Operations (Data) Analyst ? PowerBI will support the Materials Management team with a focus on Inventory Management, Warehouse, Hauling, and Investment Recovery. The analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining Business Intelligence reports using PowerBI, SQL, and Azure-based database services, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are required for success in this role.

Responsibilities
? Develop and maintain Business Intelligence reports and dashboards using PowerBI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
? Support and manage Supply Chain data and reporting to facilitate informed business decision-making.
? Serve as an analytical expert in data analytics, reporting, and process analysis.
? Implement and enhance data solutions to improve organizational efficiency through analytics and reporting.
? Collaborate with multiple departments to integrate data from various systems and generate insightful reports.
? Monitor and analyze data, adjusting reporting strategies to provide relevant business insights.
? Train and support end users on PowerBI and data analysis capabilities.
? Assist with PowerBI implementation, system enhancements, documentation, and automation.
? Develop and maintain standardized and complex reports in compliance with company data governance policies.
? Create, test, and deploy PowerBI scripts and execute DAX queries/functions.
? Ensure compliance with Supply Chain BI Governance processes and maintain reporting documentation.
? Generate visual data representations with clear explanations of algorithms, models, and relationships.
? Coordinate with IT, Digital Transformation, and external vendors to resolve data-related issues.
? Gather and document business intelligence requirements based on organizational needs.
? Provide operational support, including data issue resolution, training, and data integrity audits.
Qualifications
? Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
? Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI, strong SQL skills, and experience with Azure-based database services.
? Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and apply data visualization techniques effectively.
? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise successfully with clients and internal teams.
? Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
