About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Operations Data Analyst Intern to support our analytics and business intelligence initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience working with real business data, developing dashboards, analyzing key metrics, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that support operational decision-making.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding Warehouse, Customer Service, and Operations Accountingâto analyze KPIs, customer behavior, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends and insights
Support KPI development and performance reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations
Assist with ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives
Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through written and visual formats
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
Foundational understanding of data analysis concepts and KPIs
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)
Introductory knowledge of SQL
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Familiarity with exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data visualization best practices
Exposure to supply chain, operations, or customer analytics
Coursework or projects involving SQL case studies or real-world datasets
